Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We endeavour to process all other orders within 24 hours, except during busy sale or new product launch periods where processing may take up to 48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Please note that purchases made on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will be notified by email in the case of any delay to processing times.

We want you to love your online purchase from Zinnialou. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return or exchange the item/s you’ve purchased for a store credit or another item.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for full price items. Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
We only accept returns from made directly from Zinnialou. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer.
